Physio FAQ
Does it integrate with Cliniko / Nookal / Power Diary?
No. RecallQ has no live connection to Cliniko, Nookal, Power Diary or any other practice software. You upload a CSV export; it reads a fixed list of common column headings and ignores other columns. Replies that need a person, and patients who said yes and need a time, appear on your Today page; you book in your own software and record the time in RecallQ.
How does it handle NDIS and workers-comp patients?
RecallQ cannot send different wording or timing to a group of patients: every active rule applies to every active patient with consent for its channel. To keep NDIS or workers-comp patients out, leave them out of your import (and any re-import), or archive them in RecallQ; archived patients get no reminders until restored.
Can it reference specific body areas or conditions?
No. RecallQ holds no body-area, condition or treatment data for a patient and cannot insert it into a message. Each rule's wording goes to every patient the rule reaches, so keep it general.
What about patients on Medicare CDM plans?
Set the recall due date in your export to the plan-review date and add a rule set to send on the due date; RecallQ will message the patient that day if they have consent and a usable mobile number or email address.
Can I pause reminders for patients in active recovery?
Not as a pause. You can archive a patient from their page in the portal, which stops their reminders, including any already scheduled, until you restore them.
How does setup work?
