The agreement between your practice and RecallQ.

1. The service

RecallQ provides software that generates and sends patient recall messages on your instruction. You remain data controller; we act as data processor.

2. Subscription & payment

Monthly billing in AUD, in advance. GST is included in the price.

3. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the dashboard. Billing ceases at end of month. 30-day data export window.

4. Acceptable use

You warrant each patient on your list has consented to receive messages from your practice (Spam Act 2003).

5. Uptime & support

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Email support during AU business hours; priority on Growth/Pro plans.

6. Warranty & liability

To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

NSW, Australia.
